Ordering apparel is quick and easy at www.ClothingUnder10.com
To order online, click on a category of your choice from the homepage. Each category will have a list of products with the option to view that product. Click on the view button to find out more about the item you have chosen. On this page, you will see an option for additional swatches and front and back buttons. If you click on the swatches, the product in that color will be displayed. If you click on the front/back button, the front/back image of the product will be displayed. Choose the necessary options such as color and size and click on the add button with the quantity that you desire. You will be redirected to your shopping cart where you will see a summary of your purchase. You can continue shopping or proceed through our secure checkout where you will make your payment.
When your order has been confirmed and you have provided a valid email address, you will receive a confirmation email. Subsequently, you can check the status of your order by visiting our Order Lookup at the bottom navigation menu.
Shipping Options and Rates
The following chart illustrates the order amounts and their subsequent shipping options, shipping rates, and shipping times:

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic and international orders may take up to 4 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.
After your payment is authorized and verified, Standard orders can still take 4 business days, Priority orders can still take up to 3 business days, and Express orders can still take up to 2 business days to process. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays.
Customers requesting priority/express shipping must place and have their order confirmed via email before 12:00PM Eastern Standard Time to have the item(s) shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00PM will be shipped the following business day.
If you would like your order sent to a P.O. Box address or APO/FPO, please make sure that the billing address on the payment card matches the billing address on the account. If you would like your package sent to an address other than the billing address, Clothingunder10.com has the right to hold your package for up to 5 days until the cardholder is reached to authorize the transaction. Clothingunder10.com does not ship on holidays, Saturdays or Sundays.
U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico & Hawaii
Orders that are being shipped to U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico or Hawaii via Standard Shipping may take up to 21 business days to arrive. Orders shipped via Priority Shipping can take up to 15 business days.
Please note that orders to US destinations may take 1-12 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed, depending on the shipping method selected and final destination of the order
Tracking Your Package
After your order has been confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation receipt. Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. Please, keep in mind that estimated shipping times above apply to the order once it is shipped, and not once the order is placed. If you would like further details on the status of your package, please feel free to contact us.
Your final shipping cost is displayed at the point of checkout.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Clothingunder10.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee upon receiving the package back. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued. The difference will be issued in the form of a store credit provided with a gift card via email.

To order by phone, you can call our customer service department at (305) 944-1616 from 9:00AM - 5:00PM EST Monday - Friday.
To ensure smooth and easy ordering process, please have your credit card information, SKU numbers and sizes ready when you call.
If you wish to have your order delivered to an address outside of the United States simply fill out your address accordingly and accurately at the checkout screen and you will see live shipping rates for your order depending on the size of your order. All rates are calculated by the total weight of your order. Shipping rates will depend on the destination country or region. In the event that we cannot ship to your location you will be notified by our customer service department.
Please be aware, International orders are often subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees to be paid upon receipt of your package. Clothingunder10.com does not hold or accept responsibility for any taxes, duties and/or customs fees assessed by your country of residence.
Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the customer's responsibility and will not be refunded, or reimbursed.
If duties and fees are not paid the shipment will be returned to us and the customer will be charged the return shipping fee. The order will not be shipped again unless the customer agrees to pay additional shipping and handling fees. All shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 10 days to file a claim.
We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).
Clothingunder10.com does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
Out of stock items:
If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock: we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order, issuing a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock.
Reserved rights regarding shipping:
Clothingunder10.com reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:
- An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
- An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Similarly, Clothingunder10.com reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
